Taylor Swift's biggest Concert tickets controversy

This week, the singer was involved in a highly publicized debacle that occurred when tickets for Taylor Swift's Eras tour went up for sale through Ticketmaster.

Many fans waited in line at Ticketmaster for hours to get Swift tickets during Tuesday's East Coast presale.

The ticket-selling site barred Central Standard Time queues, delayed West Coast times, and moved Capital One pre-sales to Wednesday to accommodate demand.

After selling 2 million tickets, Ticketmaster canceled the public on-sale set for Friday due to "high demand" and "insufficient remaining ticket inventory".

Following the cancellation, ticket prices skyrocketed on resale sites.

Hemorrhage seats were above $1,000 as of Friday in many places.

Tickets reached over $2,000 at the top of Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, Missouri.

The move angered many fans without tickets.

Although most of the blame has been targeted at Ticketmaster, Swift has also come under fire as fans expressed their frustration at her slow response to the fiasco.
